Richmond Telephone is a Proper Connections Company, a rural independent telephone company formed in 1903 by a group of citizens to provide telephone service to the town of Richmond, Massachusetts. With mostly residential customers served within its 5-square-mile serving area, RTC offers local and long-distance service, advanced calling features, and DSL.
